Nestled in the foothills NE of Ellensburg, Washington at just over 2900 feet, the goal of Starshire Ranch is to humanely raise quality breeding stock, Alpacas and sheep, with exquisite fleece. Our Huacaya Alpacas boast beautiful blankets with 16-23 microns. Our Targhee, Debouillet, and Merino's boast fleece with microns from 16.8-21. We also breed for temperament and mothering characteristics and we've chosen sheep breeds known for their dual purpose so we can also offer the most tender lamb. Starshire offers great wool products from the Starshire flock and herd. Click on Western Woolies to view our great rovings and yarn.
